    Just read back the thread. I am really touched that you all remember my first day! A wee bit teary. Good thing I haven put on the army paint yet. X

      Horror mascara not a great look right enough good luck with today, I am sure it will go well.
      Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                Errmm....well...undoubtedly the most painful and difficult meeting of my life....I cried bucketloads, couldn't help it, but I was very well looked after. I managed to explain the reasons why I drink, which were very much understood, so I think I've made a huge step forward. An hour and forty mins or so today and I've got another appt next week when I hope to make further progress. Probably sounds like a small matter to some people, but it's taken me 48 years to get this far cos my parents were so f*cking useless.

                  Recciebear, you are the bravest bear I have ever come across. It is no small feat opening up about our issues. It is probably the hardest thing we will ever do.

                    Had a lovely lunch with Panno and Mr Panno. It was so good to meet up with someone from the Army and share our experiences and also have a good laugh:H
