I find there are three types of cravings:
The ones that build up slowly, these are the worse because in my head the outcome starts to be come inevitable.
The ones that pop out of nowhere, I reckon they can be a subconscious association with something I see?
And finally the ones that, in the early days come a calling around the witching hour. These are the easiest to deal with I find, because I am prepared.
Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

I can relate to all 3 with number 1 being my downfall!!

Oh I like the rowing machine, tis my favourite, if I ever get my lazy butt back to the gym that is.
You will be fine, the weather forecast here is for more very strong winds which are pushing any dust away from Ireland. Plus they say the dust is much heavier than last year so wont travel as far. Having said that Mr Obama has left tonight instead of the morning due to dust concerns and I dont mean his hotel wasnt up to scratch.

So Mr Obama has gone. Just been watching a programme about Kinsale and the Spanish-- Spent much of my childhood there.

Kinsale is a lovely spot indeed.
Ah now from what I remember of my history lessons it was the Spanish helping the Irish v the Eng at the Battle of Kinsale?
