Afternoon all! Good for you panno!! Happy Birthday once more Tips! thats awful about mrs T. Expat and zenners i will give it a go ditching cigs too tomorow cant promise tho but will try me best, gave up for 8 years once but no luck since. Been on Bcomplex vits for a few months and been experiancing painful joints (shoulders elbows fingers wrists hips knees and feet) Anyway ran out of them over a week ago and joint pain is easing!! Does anyone know if they have side effects??
