Yes Tipp... an entire slab of Lindt defo counts for something!!!

Its 1.30pm here and so far I haven't had any major ciggy cravings and haven't used any gum. I'm hoping to hell it lasts like this! Maybe the fact that I just said "no I'm not buying any more" has helped... because Gawd knows, if they were here I'd have smoked 'em!
I'm scared, TBH. I did one of those tests they use to determine how dependent you are on nicotine. I'm in deep shit.

Just to elaborate on that a bit: it also means I'm also doomed to failure - because of the extent of my addiction. That's what the stats say.

Yes sir and thanks to them (or the idea) I ran 10 miles in the rain and felt great.
Feel like I am back on track literally
Enjoy the rest of your birthday

Just done the test as though I still smoked ARGHH.
Easier for me to give up than the grog though

We all know how much I used to drink when I joined MWO... approx 1.75L of vodka a day... I reckon that classes me as a chronic eh? And if I managed to stop that then you can quit them twaks.... (Said with love...)
Yes, but... how many times did it take, for example. Each of them frigging more difficult than the first. Feck knows, it's worth it once you're there, but I dunno if I have it in me to do it again. Especially if I fail the 1st time round.

I've just done it again and come out moderate.

Changed me answer to smoking while ill in bed.

I've never had a cigarette in bed for over 26 years, ill or not.

Hi guys, can I jump in here.
If you are a heavy smoker I would recommend using 2 methods at the same time. E.g the patch and the gum or the patch and the inhaler or the patch and the microtab etc.
