Early days - BUT - Mr happy has been plotting and planning.
10 acres - in a suburb that shall be nameless but still a suburb in Briz.
Most of its up a mountain that I couldnt walk up coz of the dicky knee but front building pad about 1.5 acres so enought room for house, man shed, veges and
