well looks like everyone is doing their best keep it going folks ... and well i got the final bill for the truck and well not too bad just a total of 1890.00 and well the truck is clean couldnt get those thingy back on dur to rain and ill just get it done tomorrow and well last night was nice and quiet with sue and ill see her on friday giving her some time to just spend with girls .. but anyway still looking for work and just trying to stay busy ..love andbig hugs enjoy your evening

Melissa, please call me instead of drinking or write a post as to WHY you want to drink, knowing you will feel so bad afterwards, is it really worth it? I never benefited from AA or those meetings. I started drinking and smoking pot at a young age and then got addicted to crack cocaine, went to treatment for 3 months, got out and continued my addictions, then I met JESUS, who saved me, delivered me and filled me with peace and joy like I had never known! Sunni, staying busy is my way of not drinking. I love my garden and I love to share my veggies! I wish so bad you were all near, so I could share with you! When I clean house, I am always listening to Joyce Meyer and I do rest. I love sitting on my patio, enjoying nature and the birds churping and the quietness, so ya'll PLEASE stop worrying over me! I LOVE my life! I only wish hubs didn't drink, but I am learning to live with that and praying that God would convict him and make him realize he has a problem, instead of living in denial. Sunni and Fen, tell me more about this book. RC, great to hear from you and I hope you are doing well. Nora, hope you are enjoying your grandkids! Swannie, we are here for you, to encourage you daily, so please come everyday for a dose of encouragement and to vent. Today is a new day, forget about yesterday. I will pray that you can make it through this day. Our yesterdays do us no good at all, only bring us guilt, shame and discouragement and none of us need or want that! I love you all so much and appreciate our little family. Roger, I'm praying that you get some work. I'm o glad you got o spend some quiet time with Sue. Hello family..thanks for all your kind words. Today was emotionally draining too...had to talk with the mother of the victim about getting into the apt and getting her personal possessions...

I am fine..Stephanie and I were not close friends, but we were buddies and she was such a ray of sunshine. ANd NO....they have not caught the bastard yet, but they will.
People are so ignorant and nosey.....one of the stupid residents took pictures of Stephanie's body in the bushes and is running around showing it to people...WTF???? I sent the police her way and they took her phone and may be pressing charges...No one has any dignity anymore.

Ok - folks. I am not used to working all day, coming home to an 11 year old, 8 year old, my own 24 year old and a 56 year old. (The 56 year old my be the worse one) :H:H My goodness. I am exhausted!!!!! I stopped off and bought some squishy water balls for the kids so they played with the neighborhood kids until I finally made them stop before somebody got knocked out. :H Plus, I got them a $12.00 slip n slide yesterday and it's already got a big hole in the end. Sure don't make things like when I was a kid. Hubby fixed dinner, I just helped and then did the million dishes afterwards. Would have been nice if I had a dishwasher - but, I'm the dishwasher. Well, the kids are next door for a few playing so I need to go wrangle them in.

Good morning everyone. Well we won our baseball game, so we won't get relegated to the "B" league, so we are now safe to stay in the more competitive, and fun, "A" league. I jacked a home run, it was nice - good game overall. Two days till summer vacation - YES.

Hey Sunshine, what was the book you read? Do you recommend it? I read a lot, and am always looking for good ones. I am going to be home for most of the summer, but we do have a vacation planned to Toronto, Montreal and Quebec City - to visit family, the sights, and hit major fun attractions etc for the kids. Should be great. (I did have a week's vacation in March).
Mama, you still must be reeling from this horrific event. I feel so bad for the poor lady. They better get the bastard. And you are right, some people how no class or positive values or principles by which they live.

Good Morning! Hill - good for you knocking one out of the park. (is that the same as a home run?) Anyway glad that you are still in the A league - makes for more fun for you. the book I was reading was an advance copy that doesn't come out for months and is not along the lines of the type I usually read - it was a murder mystery type. I will have to have a think and see what I can suggest for you. What sort of books do you like to read?

Good morning Hill, Little Miss Sunshine, Mellisa and all our wonderful Jammers!
Hill I have had an amazed face for a couple of weeks now, but thanks for noticing at all. I am amazed at so many things lately. Getting in touch with my Father, little conversations with my daughter, how things come together at the last hour when I didn't know how I would ever make it, how some people know me better than I know myself, the support and love I get from friends and the loving people here in this thread that continue to share with honesty and support without judgment. It's all amazing and I'm thankful! Yeah, some days, weeks even years have been unbearable but I must trust they are my lessons and keep moving forward with a little help from my God and my friends(who must be God's angels).
Now having said all that nice mushy stuff--I need a fricken muffler! Arghh
Good to see you hanging in there Melissa. (hugs)
