    Congrats Rusty!!! You are a true inspirtation to all of us. To many here you were the first welcoming voice of support in chat. Through your example of living your life we see that it can be done without turning to al.

                Rus, you are indeed one of stongest, truest people I've had the good fortune to know. You have given so much hope and inspiration to people struggling during your time here, and I want you to know you are a blessing to MWO. You show that people can literally have their legs knocked out from under them, and through sheer will have come back better and wiser than before. As long as you live, you will always have Lance in your heart. Thank you for being such a wonderful friend.

                  Slip on the weekend but tried too moderate!
                  AF - Sept 24, 2012 (get back on the headaches not worth it)
                  Slippery slope Oct 1 ..... Trying to not give up!

                          my desire to avoid hitting bottom again was more powerful then my desire to drink !

                              You have set an inspiring example; reminding us that anything can be accomplished even in the face of tragedy. It reminds me of something that Thich Nhat Hanh (a Vietnamese Buddhist Priest) said in response to all of the lives lost in Japan.

                              "....the best that we can do for those who have died: we can live in such a way that they continue, beautifully, in us."
