Evening all I'm stuffed... Back to diet tomorrow and no more fecking coffee I'm shaking !! I've had my bestest weekend in along time thanks guys :h well mr p in the bath soaking his likkle legs and he only did half way Mrs A put him to shame she didn't even have a sweat on - his diet and new excersise regime starts tomorrow :H:HLearn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.Comment
