Hi Stirly and Zennie very quiet here today.

Looking at the results I came 654 overall in that Dublin race which did not sound so good until I see that 42,000 were registered to run it.

So giving up the booze can really change lives.

Hey everyone! July already??? Thought I blacked out for a month....but then I realized I am not drinking anymore! PHEW! Hope everyone is well and happy. Another heatwave in Philadelphia. The temp is not what gets to me. More the city smells, nasty attitudes and terrible fashion choices (can you say women in spandex and tube tops that have no business in them). lol!
