Good for you...anyhow I just had a sneaky peek and from what I see your pretty damn good, where are you hiding the snacking calories!!

Putting on weight is one problem I've never had and I attribute it to the fact that I have always worn the same size jeans since I was 16 or so. If I eat too much then the jeans become uncomfortable so I'm less hungry next mealtime. Simple!

How was Take That? I'm a big fan of Robbie Williams...
Robbie was awesome..., buy they were all great, I want to go and see it again! The four guys came on and sang the new songs they did on their come back, then robbie flew in and did his songs on his own, then the 5 all came together!!..

                Hiya Troopers!!!

Thought it about time I dropped by for a visit. Now with all this food talk, I'll have to take myself off to the kitchen for a snack...:H:H

Stirly she's a diet guru over here in the UK..in fact she's fab and well worth a google when you have a minute..she was very over weight once upon a time and was diagnosed with gall bladder problems..anyway instead of having operations she refused and found a healthy eating plan and diet regime ..she lost tonnes of weight and made millions in the process..oh and defied all odds..she has never looked back and have to say she is in her mid 60's now I think and looks absolutely amazing

                              Good eveninks my darlinks,

Well just as you thought it couldn't possibly rain anymore it did. The wet socks, wet trainers, jeans wet up to yer knees, soaked through yer new mac great big sploshy kind of rain. I think I may have phewmonia.

Been up the mountains to where St Kevin had his kitchen, then this wool weaving thingy, where you could buy lots of hideously expensive jumpers, scarfs and blankets. We bought a penny whistle. It cost 5 euros.

But most importantly Mr JC had his CHIPPER with a nice pot of tea and a slice of bread and that stuff we're not allowed to mention in case Oney's sick. I had egg, bacon and chips.
It could be worse, I could be filing.

Still hanging in there stirly. How're you? Is your increased number of work hours likely to be a permanent thing?
