Subject: Advice to an Old Guy

An old guy (not in the best of shape) was working out in the gym when he spotted a sweet young thing. He asked the trainer that was near by "What machine in here should I use to impress that sweet thing over there ?"

The trainer looked him up and down and said "I would try the ATM in the lobby ".......

    LMAO!
    :H:H:H:H

Needed that laugh. Good evening everyone

Ah sure if you're only going to be that long, sure I'll wait and cook it fresh. Best away now and start preping.

Hiya Panno I feel the same way. This army lot are far too energetic what with zenny and chilli wandering off to the gym all the time and Mrs A running all her marathons. Makes me feel guilty!

How is the diet going? How long are you doing that food for?
Right back to the start today after over endulging!!! I'm doing it for 28 days ..I have to at least lose a stone, hoping for 2 eventually!! I'm doing it with my eldest daughter and to be honest we're more of a hinderance than a help to each other!!

There actually a decent size, especially when you add vegetables and salad..in fact the soup portions for lunch are a good size bowl and you get a small brown bap!! Its just the jacket, wedges or chips that are missing with the dinner.

I am all for it though because if followed properly for the 28 days I'm convinced it will work!
