      Hi agai,

      Sorry went for a wee early morning run! Only 2.2 miles but still better than sitting on my arse.

      Ktab - I have settled in great! Really enjoying my new job, got a car, found an apartment, got my gym and personal trainer sorted so it's all good! I am off to help out my wee sis tray.

      How is everyone? What's the chat from the other side of the pond?

                      Just grabbing a moment to say a proper Hello
                      House now looking more normal and I have filled bags for the charity shop.
                      Molly I do hope Mr Molly is not a bad patient.

                      Hope your last day in Dublin goes well JC.
                      Off to run the Mersey Tunnel 10k in the morning and then I will have done 3 races since Monday.
