Chilli, I had that problem once when I was a student and went and asked the landlord for the curtains to be changed and he did change them. No harm iin asking. Just a thought...

That is often so hurtful though. I know, you are so right.I had a similar situation with a mate. Never dealt with it and just let it our friendship end. Sometimes, clearing the air is also needed and it can resolve things. It's not so much aboutvwhat you say but how you sayniy. I often lack tact and need to learn how to be a bit more diplomatic.
