I've done it but I get v sick and I can't be sick Thursday. It'd almost be easier to be tapering but not sure they'll buy 'bottles of water' anymore for a while!

Forgot about the aches and pains EW, try some ibuprofen.


My last ever de-tox I clung to the mattress full of valium, ibuprofen ,water and sweated like a a horse for 24 hours. Utterly hideous, but it had to be done or my lovely self wouldn't be here now.

The good lady has already done that and I made her take my debit card so I couldnt take anymore.

I've drunk on valium ages ago and all it did was make me feel more pissed.

Honest to God,EW, I know what you're going through and what I'm about to say I know is not easy.

Now doing the 'I'm not a medical person yada yada ' but IMO you're going to have to leave it for a while to get most of the booze out of your system before taking your next dose to let it work.
