Was there something in the water last night cos I had one of the drinking dream/nightmares. The worst bit was me carrying a bottle of red with me pleading with strangers to open it and promising I would drink it slowly through a straw if they did.

Oh and back to blooming the slimming stuff, by the time I chop me melon and fruits and stuff it's going to be lunch time. So I'm having a yogurt and a banana.

I think I still see-saw on depression makes me drink or drinking makes me depressed.

It's easy to 'blame the past' but I used it as a crutch. Then just now my life was going amazingly, and yet I still drank...so WTF? :H

Ackshully just after 10.30pm seems to be a very good time to have a nip into friggintesco. They were just restocking all the shelves with fresh fruit and veg. Mind I suppose I'll have to wait 3 weeks for the 'fresh' nectarines to ripen.

Agree with you Molly. This place really helps me a lot. Even though I still have a major drink problem, the army thread has helped me face up to the issues behind my drinking and start to deal with them. And of course, it's a bloody good laugh sometimes. There have been times when I have come here in tears and been laughing out loud within a minute.
