            Good morning, Army

Just woken up. Everybody else still snoring away, so I'll have to make my own coffee. The fecking injustice of it.

                  Good Morning All,

Thanks for your kind words this morning everyone.

I won't lie I am dreading it. Plus to make matters worse my eyes are bloodshot and they think I may have detached retinas thanks to a damn rollercoaster ride two weeks back - therefore I can't wear my contacts and I an't see for shit!

I also can't hear out of one ear thanks to a blocked ear canal - should make for a fun day!

AA was an interesting experience and I found it very hard. I was the little shaking newbie - haha

Hope you're all doing well - good luck to Inchy and all those with equally tough days.

Much love and thanks to you all.
