Good nights sleep bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning.
I wonder how EW got on at the interview yesterday?.
Got my confirmation yesterday that I have got my Good for age place in the London Marathon next April. That will really help to keep me focussed on the sober lifestyle.

EW posted on FB last night that it went OK at work but that he had to visit the emergency room to have his eyes checked.

Despite a late afternoon / early evening nanna nap, I was in bed by 11.00 p.m. last night and slept like a log until 7.00 a.m.

I forget you are in the southern hemisphere Mr T so 7 am is not mega early. Molly and I have probably been up before 6.

It is me who gets the time zones confused.
I have been known to ring San Francisco at 3 in the morning their time. Does not make me to popular over there.

8 hours sleep is pretty nice Tipps, still don't manage that - ever, my sleep is still not great - I envy people who can just sort of - choose to go asleep cos it's bed time
