I think I'll be making us a curry or summat for lunch. The weather is right for it, anyhow.

Good morning Tips, Mario and everyone else to come
Yesterday was a very productive day. Got the son's haircut and went shoe shopping so he's just about ready for summer camp next Saturday. He'll be gone for ten days:upset:.I know he'll have a great time but this will be the first time my baby is away from me for more than 48 hours. My daughter will be gone too. So just me and pug dog in the house. It'll be weird. But I'm already set with a plan. Loads of work and going out with some supportive "good people" friends. I also want to get some walking, swimming, and biking in so as to shed these last few pounds that don't seem to want to go!

Yeppers Busy is good!
I think I might just enjoy having some "me" time. So many things to do that don't involve a pub or whatever. I do find "the "early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise" idea helpful. Well, I'm not wealthy!:H But by focusing on healthy daytime activities so I'm good and tired in the evening is positive.

Having an emotional up and downie weekend with studying and relationship stuff going on. Never easy to deal with emotions I dont think. But its something we have to learn to do.

I have no idea why I am up at 8am on a Sunday - aside from the gf having me iron her stuff for work!

Then had to de-worm Monkey - he somehow managed to eat all his food, then spit the tablets back at my feet when he was done as if to say "Errr, excuse me Dad, you seem to have left this shit in my food..."

Starty - hope you're doing OK? Emotional stuff is never easy for us, but well done for just riding it out.

Yep dealing with stuff is pretty alien for me sometimes

My doggers do that too, I wrap their wormers or other pills in bread and butter. It seems to work

I know what you mean - I have got kind of used to burying my head in the sand (bottle) so now facing things head on takes some getting used to again!
