No problem. The way I saw it in the end was that if I didn't look after myself then I'd be no use to anyone else and THAT would be truly selfish.
Glad you have some clarity in the cold light of day and you know where I am! You were a big help to me so the least I can do!

Afternoon all,
really sorry to hear about your problems zenny. :l As others have said, you shouldn't have to be dealing with all this. It's clearly not a situation that can continue indefinitely or you will be putting your own sobriety at risk. I'm not sure what your plans are, but one possibility would be an ultimatum - quit drinking or it's over. Just a suggestion (probably a useless one).

It's bloody hot down here! Just been out for groceries and the car was like a blooming furnace. Wall to wall sunshine and my shirt is absolutely soaked with sweat. (Was that TMI?) Trying to cool down inside where it's "only" 27C.
