    but things are moving along slowly but surely ill get where i need to be ...
    and well if you are AF one day or one hour or MORE and trying your best...

        Day 16!!!!! And I survived the huge neighborhood party were everyone was trashed and I drank water all night. I know I feel a hell of a lot better than most of the attendees right now.

            Thank you so much for starting this thread again, Mr T. Honestly it used to keep me going in my early days to be able to give myself a wee pat on the back every week.

            You're a star, Mr T.:l

            So it's now:

            719 days = 1 year, 11months, 2 weeks and 5 days ....................to be continued.
            It could be worse, I could be filing.

              Day 37 af and counting! I love my sober life!
              I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

              Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

              Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                Day 36! Surviving a move AF. Typically, I would feel sorry for myself about how hard I am working and reward myself with a bottle of wine or two or.....................

                      Day 14 and just glad to be back on the wagon where it feels the most confortable for me. Survived a street festival yesterday in my neighborhood where a few friends stopped by, they drank and I didn't. All I can say is I sure am glad to be on this side. Happy Sober Sunday to all.
                      2023 - focus, getting it done, and living the way it should be and being the person I need to be.

                          Day 22 for me, really SHOUTING OUT!!

                          Had a meal out last night in a steak house, great wine, resisted but did smell the wine and helped my husband chose.

                          Yesterday I treated myself to some new tops and some lovely handcream, felt good and told my husband that MYO said you should treat yourself, his reply was RIGHT! It was funny!

                          Feeling healthy!! Well done to everyone!!!
