Good morning, All! It is day 10 without wine. I am 1/3 of the way to my goal. This is so great! Let's see....by now, I would have had 10 to 13 bottles of wine
COST: @ approx $10 per bottle $100 to $130 (are you kidding me???)
CALORIES: @approx 500 per bottle 5000 to 6500! (Yikes, nearly two pound in empty calories)
It is amazing that while you are consuming, or I should say over consuming, you don't ever stop to look at it like this. I am amazed I spent this much money on NOTHING!!!!
I hope all of you made it through yesterday okay. They say it takes 21 days to break a habit and retrain your brain. So in another 10 days, maybe this will all be a distant memory!
