I will be there most of July, as my 30 days is up around the 20th, Not sure what I will do from there, keep on or go back to normal one or two glasses a week of wine on the weekend....the way it used to be!!!

Jenny your ankle must have healed if you're out running. Yay!! The 30 day modding monster didn't get me. The I have 30 days I must be cured I don't need to do the work got me. 10 days later I fell. I didn't stick with my plan. A very hard lesson learned. Onwards and upwards.

Hey guys, good morning! Wow what a day already!

blues my ankle is much better, I don't know about healed tho, it still looks weird but it doesn't hurt. It's been 6 and a half weeks or 46 days, one day more than I am sober. Imagine that LOL. I can run about a mile of the two and I only can do it every other day. The heat about killed me yesterday tho.

Hi all!! So what's everyone's plan for staying sober in July? I'm tweaking mine a bit and would love to hear your plan to get more ideas. Day 2 for me (again). Feeling much better today.
