15 weeks free and here is my list for the week

    15 weeks AL free yippee

Sometimes I make myself a list. I stick it on the fridge next to the kids sticker charts. It helps me focus on stuff when I get fed up. I am sharing this week's list in case this helps anyone. It says

    This week I :-

    1. Will not drink
    2. Will eat a piece of fruit every day
    3. Will do a bit of exercise every day
    4. Will not get involved in other people's issues

And because I hate going to bed without smiley faces in each box every day (btw I'm 40 years old!!!!), I make an effort to achieve each one. Until I started this yesterday I had not eaten fruit or exercised in months. Now I have done both for 2 days running.

    Thanks for reading

Way to go Corrine! I love that idea. And I love stickers too! I am 53(29) and I go to Weight Watchers. They give out Bravo Stickers for scale or non-scale victories. I have a LOT of victories around there! :H Love too that you keep it simple and doable. I should take a lesson from that!
