    Army Thread 30th June

    Good morning army,

    Christ almighty, Inchy... :l:l

Zenny - really sorry to hear about your friend. Hope you're feeling a bit better when you wake up. :l:l

EW - wow! I hope that when you've had time to think it through you will come to see your news as being good news.

Well done on your slimmer of the week award Jackie. At this rate you'll have expatty calling you a bastard in no time at all!

Can't believe half the year has gone already. Where did it go?

Not too bad thanks Recciebear. Got one more class and one more assignment to finish and thats it! I am doing a Reiki course on Saturday too, so looking forward to that.
How are you getting on with titrating down?

I had to google Reiki, starty. Sounds interesting. Is that for your own benefit or so that you can teach it?

It's very early days with the titrating down. My doc says to reduce daily intake by 2 units each week to be safe. Trouble is that every time I see my alcohol worker or nurse or doctor my anxiety levels go through the roof and that acts as a trigger for drinking. Going to have to work on that one.

Reiki is an energy healing tool Reccie, I want to use it for myself and others. I wonder if one of the natural therapies would help you?
Would you like some information on any?

I wouldn't want to put you to a lot of bother starty, but if it's something you can do easily then I'm open-minded enough to look at practically anything.

Good morning Panda Bear, Squirrelicious and Pug-a-holic

Cheese twice - we're indeed seeing some challenging times for quite a lot of folksies. Just remember: unity is strength. Stick close, and speak up if you need to bend an ear.

Nothing much to report: feeling guilty about the cubs being stuck at home all day, but not a lot I can do about it. They're suffering from cabin fever, I'm afraid. Och well... the joys of trying to scratch out a middle-class living.
                              I'll do whatever it takes
