Hey loves. I didn't sleep well again. No nicotine sinces Thu night, so I guess it's expected. Right now I'd chew the head of Frankenstein, but I'm trying to really think this through, rationally, and it seems to be helping. The other thing helping is that I demanded Hubs, since I was paying over $5 a day for the poison, give me that amount per day, no ? asked. If you know me, you know I won't blow it on silly.
I'd love to recoup some of our expenses from this renter. (I have followed through and gotten garnishments!) But what seems more fitting is to make public how much filth they lived in, and what hypocrites they were. There will be no rush to rent again; it costs a few dollars a month to sit there. Anyone need a big country farm home, with room for anything you ever considered growing??
Vick, there are dif ways to find out about people. IF they are criminally staying under the radar, you can still find them, if you got good, reliable info when they rented. I'm SO sorry, and it's a pity, but unless you're talking to someone you've know (trusted) a lifetime, signed legal contracts are a must. What you're describing is absolutely criminal. I hate it, but just because they 'seem nice', spout the right words, don't fall for it. You NEED guarantees. I'm sick of giving free rides!
Sun, I couldn't deal with the public anymore. You may laugh at this, but people have lost their couth. I DO remember a time Southern ladies entertained in white gloves, but now we at least owe some RESPECT to the world. Everything is not a joke, nor everyone who tries to have it. I'm afraid we have a whold segment who thinks if we work, pay our taxes and bills, conform to America because we have one vote, and if it doesn't work, it's because we didn't do our our part. Or maybe too many people are sucking from the dry teat.
Hill, you will have SO much fun, wherever you are. My Hubs biggest fault? - He thinks he has to work every second of every day. I'M working on changing that, and if he doesn't agree, I'll go out by myself and that will draw him in. (See how well we know people after 41 yrs of marriage??) Oh YES! I was only 1 when we married!! :H
Bird, I SO agree about the trees.I have 2 houses for rent now, and one has a few of the trees my Daddy put out. The other, I mentioned when we bought it (10 yrs ago) that shade trees would be nice across the back. Now understand, we could dig and carry oak, maple, elm, dogwood, from a few feet away, but this never happened. So NOW, it's a brand new idea!! :H
RC, please be OK. I hope things get great and you come to visit with Vick and Grate.

I'm going to scrape out the FBI hole on my prop soon, I'm gonna need it if himself doesn't STFU pretty soon. Only worried about moving 200# in this heat!
I'm noot guilty of a felony, so far. He's starting to listen when I ask him about things, has realized he is NOT at work with 300 people jumping when he saysm so he may live the night!!! :H
