Grate, I have the complete patent on cornbread plants, and they only grow near me. Hmmmm, think it's me aura, or the wonderful chicken manure I use?? :H And I DO believe the Fens should join us. RC already knows the way, if she decides to 'drop in'! I have 3 beds, 2 couches, a queensize blow-up mattress, and I'm sure I can find hammocks nearby. Bird pitched her tent out on the crest of the hill, and says she slept great. When we went once when we had just the camper, I gave the bedroom to my Momma and Daddy, and there were so many others, Hubs and I slept in the back of our 4-runner! Now, unless you are older than me (yeah, RIGHT!), or suffering some debilitating problem (worse than mine!) no one gets my bedroom. TMB enforces that rule. If you think you can sleep till noon, you will get a reality check when one of the pups comes to wake you!
I DO love the place, and I advise staying as long as possible to get the full effect. Don't expect entertainment, etc.; it's the beauty and wonder of the place, just to be able to sit there and soak it in. There are great, inexpensive, non-touristy places within minutes, so everyone is on their own if they need to travel. I told SOS this is one of my fav places (RC and I spent a LOT of money there!!) to eat. Never had anything that wasn't exceptional, and since my Daddy was a housemover and loved old houses, and this is an old house moved here, I love the ambience.Nacoochee Grill, great food, steaks, seafood, Helen, Georgia

Grateful, so wonderful to see you back! I hope you are feeling better and life has gotten less crazy for you! You must not have read the post I wrote after Ruby. I said I hoped that you would share your room with me, so we could cuddle together! JK, but I do hate to sleep alone, but I am easy to please. Ruby, the place looks so beautiful and the restaurant looks wonderful! I cannot wait until Sept! I enjoyed talking to you this morning so much! I'm with Grateful, we just want to spend some quiet, quality time together, before going back to our crazy lives, not visit or see places, other than the beautiful mountains and stream at your cabin. Have you not yet learned that you are overtaken with gout BECAUSE of your drinking!" He passed the liquor store and I was so proud of him! this is his 3rd day and he is going to get stronger every day! God has a funny way of getting our attention sometimes. I'm so thankful Paul has severe gout and is possibly learning he can no longer drink! My life will be so much better if he quits! I've been on the phone (and I'm NOT a great fan of phone conversations) with 2 relatives today who are in desperate straits. It's hard for me to watch people I care about, who I've known since they were babies, go through this economic crisiis. yeah i know fennel .. and im just playing .. im have to say im really fustrated in many ways and only trying to think positive .. but these days i really dont see a way or a light at the end ..until i go to these two interviews tomorrow .. and shake someone hand and tell me im hired and at this point ill take anything to keep me busy and give me a reason to want to wake up early and study even harder and save up money to make my business up and running legal....

Hubs going in to work at 10:30 PM is screwing both of us up! He's usually asleep by 8:30, and now he's just waking up. So he's pretty much a cranky ass 24 hours a day!
