Hey I build litttle single engine airplanes for my day job. Wonder if that was one you were in Mellissa? I have been tangled up in little fuselage today welding and sweating buckets...Hey there was an ad in paper someone wanted to trade a beagle for a goat. Was that you Rubes? Did you trade a beagle for a goat??Sorry about your job trouble T...still think you should move to Helen..TG tomorrow is Fri, work has been an oven....saw a good gig on craigslist, they are booked up till Dec, but don't think they would mesh with the kids schedule..oh well...hey, being off diet pepsi is great and only jonesed about 3 days. Many little problems I had have disapeard like being dizzy and nauseated or a bit confused, and my sleeping is better, not getting so tired and boy it is something....hey well it is something....b

No, Birdy, no beagles involved. Just had to take care of son's pets, and the goat and I tangled a bit. Can you slip me one of those little planes out in your bag, please?
Vick, don't worry about me. I don't take on just anyone to help these days, but these 2 have really touched my heart, and I've known them for decades. One has been working for me, and when I asked her to make me a bill, tell me what I owed her, she turned away working on something, saying she couldn't take money from me, she was just so happy I talked to her, and wanted to be around her. I went and hugged her for a long time, and she cried a while. She's just a lost, lonesome child, really, and such a good, beautiful person. Told her she doesn't have to do things to earn my love, I enjoy her, and she worked her little heart out cleaning the carpets in the rental. Sometimes people just need someone to listen to them, and give them a real hug. All this is hard to explain in a few words.
We had a terrific electrical storm last night here, lost my internet. It's dark as night here now at 8:06 AM, raining and windy. Hubs and I had a MAJOR upset last night. I don't fuss and argue anymore, but he gets the wicked silent treatment, while I continue what I need and should be doing. Arguing is futile, I believe. I explain my point, and offer to discuss. Of course, I give a little 'stink eye' to go with it.
Rog, your post looks great. I WOULD say, with all love, it would be good to have someone help you go over it with an eye to spelling, grammar, etc. No, that isn't important when you're building, but it is when catching someone's eye you'd like to hire you.
Have to go check on the goat (not Hubs, he's finally home and sitting in the den). I know I'm missing speaking to people but its hard just to make a quick check-in here.

Melissa, we are all looking forward to reading chapter 2. I know it has been very painful for you to deal with alot of it, but I hope you got all that pain out of you! Hello good people. Busy morning-this is good, but behind on ordering and paying so will love yous and leave yous. Rog-I think it sounds good but agree it should be corrected for spelling and grammar. Unfortunately(sometimes), people do judge a book by it's cover. I have no doubts about your stellar workmanship and ethics--gotta get in the front door though to prove it. I would also leave out the "part time" in mentioning solar studies. That can be expanded on if it comes up further--you just want to show that you are always learning. On that note--and you can tell me to go fly a kite, but have you ever considered some night classes for English upgrading? It's one thing to do well at your selected trade but when you are trying to promote your own business in this day - I think it would be very helpful to you. Vicki that is very kind of you to edit Rog's ad.
All Jambers(like dat Biz)--have a wonderful day. Rubes, hope the weather has cleared your way. They are really warning against unattended fires here due to the extreme heat and dryness.

I am going to try to catch up on my e-mails this afternoon seeing as I am home from work early, so everyone to whom I owe one - look out!! I seem to be so behind in everything - including a letter to my mother which i will no doubt be hearing about. I am out of my All-One and my Body KNOWS it! I always feel so good when I have that. Making pear preserves to serve my guests in the future over hot buttered biscuits. Momma used to put them up by the gallons, and I could, I have access to so many pears.
Sorry about everyone's weather woes. It's been wonderful here today as far as rain and temp, but last night was horrible, with lightening strikiing like it was next to me, and one on top of the next. High temp today has been 79F, with light rain, and same expected tomorrow. Nice change from the steamy, muggy heat.
Can't get my laptop to work. Will fix it later I hope. Hubs, after all his mouthyness, has been out feeding the little goat pear peelings. He's been VERY nice and helpful today; guess he knew he'd pushed me over the line.
