Love the goat pic. I absolutely love sunflowers. I just wish that they lasted longer. We have one growing in our back yard right now.

Ok - must get back to work. I had to take off to take hubby to the neurologist. They are sending him in for another MRI for the spinal descication. Plus, he has an appointment with the pain clinic in 2 weeks. Really hard getting the time off to do all of this stuff but he can't drive.

Hey, everyone! I am so sorry I did not post yesterday. My carpal tunnel has flared up and I am in so much pain and I have both hands in braces, so hard to type when you can't use your fingers! Roger, I am so glad you are feeling better, sweetheart. We all love you and respect you so much. Did you get your resume back? I sent it back to you on Friday. Please know that I am praying for you a good job, Roger. Melissa, I'm still blown away by your story and looking forward to writing my own. I think that is good medicine for anyone who has issues from heir past that they have not dealt with yet and I have alot of buried issues! I am praying for both of yours and Grateful's job, Melissa. It's so good to see you today, Grateful. I love you and I am so excited you were able to get a little rest this weekend! Yes, Fen, my little puff ball wouldn't hurt a fly, so come on over, girlfriend! :cheering: YES, PAUL IS ON HIS 8th DAY OF SOBRIETY!!! :cheering: Things have been pretty good around here this weekend, no fussing, cussing or him treating me badly! RC or anyone, what do you recommend for severe carpal tunnel pain? Have any of you heard of the drug "ultram"? He precribed me that for pain, because it is not addictive, but it doesn't work at all! It only puts me to sleep. Then I wake up in pain an hour later and want to take another one! I was in and out of sleep mode all day yesterday! Today, I just, almost unbearably hurt! Effie, it's good to see you again. I am eagerly awaiting chapter three of your story! Today I went out and purchased a copy of the book that Sun and I recommended to give to my best friend who is going through a hard time. I think she is in a place emotionally where it will help her a great deal. Might sit down at my desk and actually work on an art project that needs finishing, too. I hope you get back home soon. :h

Fen, I agree the critter needs a buddy. She loves someone out there talking to her, and even is trying to make friends with the dogs. So far it's a sniff and greet through the wire. By the way, STAY OUT OF THE GOAT FEED!

Good morning all. Tony-I think it's already too hot outside-be careful! Roger-I'm sending good thoughts your way for everything including the job front. Nora-so glad that Buddy is better....there is nothing worse than ear pain! I'm going to have to look up that author you mentioned...you know me-I love reading!! Ruby-your goat needs another goat for a companion. We have 2 pygmy goats and they are so happy with each other. We have part of an old platform from a swing set that they climb up on and look out-they love to climb, you know, and be up high. My husband feeds them oyster crackers for treats...they love them-eat right out of our hands. Addy will give the goats some and eat some herself. Vicki-my Mom takes ultram for her arthritis pain....she gave me one when I visited her for my back, but it didn't really help me. I'm used to the stronger stuff, I guess. I agree with Fen-you should look into surgery-it's really not a major operation. My hubby had it done on both hands. Fen-I have lots of peanuts for you.....can you make it over here to PA? RC-I would much rather put up with the heat than think about winter already.....summer is going way too fast for me! Effie-I hope you had a good day at work. I'm so glad that you joined our family.
