Sunny-I hope you are feeling better today. Roger-good luck today with your job app. RC-I'm thinking of you & your Dad. Ruby-your MIL is so blessed to have you. Poor thing is probably so scared and not having any daughters to turn to, it is wonderful that you are right there with her. I know that as much as your in-laws can drive you crazy, you love them and would do anything to help and comfort them. I know how "challenging" it can be living so close to in-laws..I am surrounded up here....all female in-laws! No men up here except my hubby and nephews. But my MIL is 80 and I would do anything at all to make her life easier or more comfortable...she has done so much for us and even if she hadn't, I'd still be there for her. Just as babies need our help, so do the elderly-even if they think they don't.

Oh, guys, seems like I get on here and just talk-talk-talk. Sorry. I hope all of my beautiful friends have a wonderful day and weekend. Be careful in this dangerous heat that most of us are experiencing and thank you all for being an inspiration and caring for someone like me!:l:h:l

Morning everyone....just scanned thru - haven't had time to read everything.

Sorry to see that Sun is sick and Rubes MIL is ill. RC - thinking of your Dad. :l:l

I have to get ready for work. Just been sort of blah here. Lots of little issues have been building on top of one another.
My Father in law fell and couldn't get up. Luckily that was a night that my sister in law was going over for dinner so he was only on the ground for an hour. He could have laid there for a day or more. He is ok - it could have been so much worse. We have to get that life alert thing for if/when this happens again.
Just really a stressful time at work for the past 6 months or so. I have worked there for over 30 years and now I just hate going in to work. :upset:
My son is moving out. That is a good thing but it is also hard. So, that has been on my mind a lot. He moves on August 15. He needs to do this. Just makes me sad.
A suicidal friend. That I just can't seem to reach.
It all is just building. Oh well - I have so much to be grateful for. I am focusing on spending time with the family. Spending some time reading. Trying to relax and enjoy & be grateful. Sometimes, I just forget how lucky I am.
