    RC Biz is my ( screen name) but when you get to know everyone here and all of you are wonderfull I get to a point that I don't need to hide behind a screen so yes my name I Michael I am happely married with two kids AKA the Rats and have been goint thourgh some real rough times more to come on that but as I said yesterday I am sitting this stupid open house to which i will loose every penny I put into it and there at one heck of a lot of pennys. Hope every one is well be back later today

      Everyone must be out and busy, huh? Biz, the market is awful, I know. We have 2 empty houses, (someone looking at them right now, she said 'is there a catch? :H), and NO one paying on time anymore. Gonna start hitting them with late fees next month!
      Nora, sorry for your funk. Wish Hubs could learn that lesson!

        My mom's doctor was in the hospital for an emergency today, and called her to let her know that her stress test was just fine! Good to know that her surgery was a success.

              Talked to my Dad and things still going well for him. He thinks it must be that "stuff" and he's going to cut the rum out as it's kind of expensive. Really now....:H

                The lake is almost always calm like this in the evening.

                      well just a kick back and pudding around in the shp day and got trialor ready and chain saws to do some clean out work .. not making any money on it but paying on a bill i owe and well still waiting for that phoine to ring and hoping to hear back from one of them .. but anyway moving forward and staying positive .. have a great night one and all

                        Love your pictures RC!! So gorgeous there. I've grown chili peppers but never bell peppers. Looks delicious.

                        I was so upset this morning. Our neighbor mentioned to the kids about going to Chuck E Cheese. Well, we don't have the money for that right now. Hubby & I had already talked about it and had decided that we would do that later in the week. We had decided to take a picnic to the park and have a fun day. Then come home and have various things to do here. Well, of course, after hearing about Chuck E Cheese, which sounds better?!?! :stomper: So, we ended up with 2 kids just laying here in a funk. Well, I came & sat down beside them and started a talk. My niece straightened up very quickly (she's 11) and understood. My nephew (8 years old) took a little longer. But, I think that he realized that I was at the end of my rope. We took them bowling yesterday. Out to a nice lunch. We have a pool. Ice cream trucks. Just anything there hearts could desire. So, I talked to them about the fact that I had not received the money that Mommy was mailing yet. That Uncle Scott & I had planned a fun day. That it hurts our feelings when they act ungrateful. That our neighbor should never have mentioned it to them first. That I understood that they are disappointed but that is the way it is. We ended up having a really nice day. We went to 99 cent store. We got sandwiches and went to the park. Had a fun picnic. They played with the little flying/flinging planes that I got them at 99 cent store. Anyway, I'm not too happy with my neighbor. I would not do that to someone. I would always ask the adult first. Anyway, I'm glad that it all turned out ok.

                        My knees have been hurting so bad. I don't know what it is. I'm sure my weight doesn't help anything. But, this is a pretty recent thing. Today, I was almost in tears. I'm wondering if it could possibly be the new antidepressant that I started a few months ago. When I think back on it, I think that is when my knees got so bad. I guess I'm going to have to break down & go to the doctor. :upset:

                        PS - I told hubby that I took my antabuse this morning. He just smiled and didn't speak. :H

                              Glad you got the day sorted out and you all had fun Nora--sometimes people mean well and don't think ahead. They probably thought they were helping you out. You might want to mention it to them for future reference or just let it go.

                              I have never grown chili peppers. Actually this is the first pepper plant I've had in 10 years. It really was a whim. I agree, it does look good though.

                              If you want to try something natural for your knees, make sure it's a combination of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM minimal. You can also look for things like curcumin and bromelain as natural anti inflammatories. Remember degeneration doesn't happen over night but the symptoms may seem like it.

                                RC - Thanks for the info for the stuff for my knees. I'll check it out. Also, I'm not going to say anything about the pizza place unless she brings it up. I was just venting. The thing is that she is the type of person that plans things without consulting anyone else. She's always been that way & always will be. We've known each other for 20 years and she's not going to change. Some people are more bossy/domineering than others. She would give me the shirt off her back. But, sometimes I don't need or want the shirt. :H:H
