        And very likely your depression Nora or at least a huge contributor. Sugar and chemical sweeteners are really poison. I'm really getting back on track with no sugar in my diet again.

                  Nora...I'll have to talk to you about the diet coke later...believe me, I am sure that I drank way more diet coke than you....I am starting to feel better without it....it's been almost a week now.


                  Ummm....I'm embarrassed because I don't know what anniverary it is for Vicki??? I know they recently celebrated their wedding anniversary...is it an AF anniversary? Some friend I am.......

                        Good morning Grateful, Rog, Sunni and All! I'm having a Purple Drink -- much yummier than a Green Drink. The rain finally started about 3 or so and hasn't stopped. I kept waking up, listening to the soothing sound on the roof and doze off again for a total of 10 1/2 hours! And late--zoom zoom...

                          Hi Peeps...It's Moday and I am at work....just set the office up for an employee birthday...
                          long, busy, but good weekend......cleaned house , went to grocery store, and at lake working all day yesterday....it was hotter than three hells, but beats being at work.......I'll read back later

                            Grate, I could very well be mistaken. I was going with something I saw on facebook. How are YOU? You know this is the place to come vent (I'm so glad Nora did, and Lord knows I do it!) and sometimes it's the only place for us. Good news on the diet coke! I'm working on it too. If you can clean toilets with cola, what's it doing to our tummies?
                            Mas, SO great to see you back. You're always welcome, friend.
                            Sunni, you sound busy as usual.
                            RC, some of my lilies are fragrant. I especially love the big pink ones (name escapes my swiss cheese memory at the moment!) but like roses, some types have a wonderful fragrance, some don't. Have one bunch of sweet little pale pink ones I really love. Every year my kids give me Easter lilies, which I plant, then I buy them at all the stores when they don't sell and bloom out, so they have to discard them. Pennies on the dollar to buy. They all need separating now.
                            Nora, dear Nora. Chuckie Cheese is the portal to hell for me! What you did sounds SO much dearer, more memorable and thoughtful. That's what they'll remember, not some rat serving cheese pizza! You handled it all so well, and they sound like really great kids. I admit mine are spoiled, used to getting what they want, but when dau's kids are here, it's the trail rides, exploring, old-fashion surprises they love. Just remember you do what you do with love, and that's the most special gift.

                                Grateful - what are you drinking??? Just water? I don't really like much. I like lemonade, ice tea and water. I am already drinking a lot of water. So, I guess I just keep guzzling the water to avoid the Diet Coke. :upset::upset:
