Morning everyone!!! Vicki - I agree with everyone. You need to go to the Doctor. This doesn't sound like carpal tunnel. Doesn't match the symptoms of the people that I have known that have it. My husband even had the surgery years before and he wasn't like that. :h:l Worried about you friend.

I went to clear out the nest. There were babies inside! Still alive, but not very active. I took them to the wildlife rehab place....I'm still shaking! Poor things...

back at work today agter a day spent in the ER with my youngest
he had a head cold that went to his ears.....When I came home from work Monday night he was feeling bad, so we agreed that I would go in late and run him to the doctor.......
we ended up in the emergency room becuase his eardrum perforated...poor thing was in SOOOOOOOO much pain...remember my "baby" is 240 lbs and 5'11".......he was crying like a baby and I finally gave him a sedative.....
anyway...alll is well now......$200 later....
Fen - you have such a loving, tender heart...
feel better Effie...DON'T let it go to your ears!!!!!
I am gonna call Sunni.....I miss her

Hey friends. Wicked (I love that word) day. Up at 3 AM,, busy since. Too much for me to go back and address at once. But I will say, Vick, with your diabetes, you need to worry about neuropathy. And I wouldn't have a doc who couldn't see me when I'm in pain, need help. Find out about what you can do with a Pain Management specialist (not someone who specializes in pill-pedaling) one who really looks at your case and can advise on how to control the problems associated with them. I have one I want to adopt, or run off with! :H He treated my parents, my MIL, and me, for 10 years. They should be strict on their management, not just write scripts, but he knows me so well know, after all the tests and info his has on me, that I have to turn down increases I believe I can live without. It just makes our conditions easier to bear, doesn't erase them or make us feel 'good'. Plus, keeping on top of the natural helps we get from RC, makes it all bearable. I SO understand not feeling like we can get out of bed, but our spirit makes us, doesn't it?
Spent my morning showing houses, trying to do what my MIL wants, grocery shopping, bank dealings, (Oh! I gave them $100 more than I'd written on my deposit slip, but TG they caught it!) and being disappointed in my family's understanding of what they have to do for themselves. Now I have more people wanting our houses than I can manage, so we'll see. Hubs and I have made a pact that we will be tougher, expect at least the minimum, and demand respect for what we do. And protect my MIL right now from being exploited by them, when she's weak and facing her mortality. That whole thing is another story; she'd taken something she couldn't take before the tests yesterday, so there will be no answer there. We can't live with her, watch every move she makes, what she takes, since she doesn't believe me yet, so we're sorta stuck. She was supposed to have a thyroid uptake, but she'd taken something she shouldn't have. Oh well, I'm doing the best I can there, and most times I'm the only one watching this. Just found out last night she has a big lesion on her lower back, who knows where it came from, because they don't think these things are important. I need to spend more time with her, but don't know where I'll glean it from. Still haven't put up my groceries!!
Hope ya'll don't think I'm complaining, cause I'm not. Just posting about my crazy daze! :H This too shall pass.

Gosh...I was so afraid those babies would perish before I got them someplace safe. The neighbors let their cats roam...and they are often beneath my bird feeder. Perhaps I should hold off on filling it again...I love birds, but I have to be mindful of roaming at large felines. I have a number the wildlife rehab folks gave me to call and check on the babies.

Rubes, bless you for looking out for MIL. Sounds like you have some "predators" in the family, too. I have to fend my cash-hungry older brother away from my mom. Sad, but true. Hang in there....:h
