    Still about 3 hours away from Sunday, got a BBQ party to go to. Will be the first one with AL since Ive gone dry.

        No alcohol for me! About 3 1/2 months now - yeah!!!!
        AL free since March 17th 2011...loving this life. No drinking no matter what.

                    15 Days today and it's 7pm, no desire to drink!

                    I am so thankful for finding this site. I've had a few trying days but today was a joy.
                    - energy levels up
                    - no random feelings of panic
                    - healthy glow returning to my face
                    - a foundation of happiness and zest for life
                    - great sleeps
                    - still getting some dull headaches but I'm sure they will pass.

                    I am so happy. Thank you to everyone and successful AF days to you all, it really is worth it! I know it's only early days for me on this journey but gee whiz I am really starting to embrace this feeling.

                      Day 21 back on the wagon and looking forward to a lot of reading, running, and learning this weekend. I'm amazed at how much I love doing the things I used to think were boring when alcohol was in my life. The reality is alcohol itself is the real bore. Wishing everyone a wonderful, sober Sunday and many more to come!
                      2023 - focus, getting it done, and living the way it should be and being the person I need to be.

                        Day 44 here going to church and then tonight may go out to eat with my Sunday School class. I am not allowing AL to be in my life today. HERE TO AN AF SUNDAY!
                        I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

                        Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

                        Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.
