Wow I haven't had a drink since Thanksgiving (had half a drink). My daughters were floored to arrive for Turkey day dinner and Dad wasn't smashed! I believe its the supps and naltrexone thats doing the trick. My doc is getting me the vivitrol injection sometimes this month. Will let you know how it goes. Although I am making progress its a day to day deal here. The drugs and supps help a lot, but I have to stay focused on the end result. A new and healthy life (I Hope). RJ's book has made such a difference in my life. Made me think I could actually do this. Thanks RJ!
