Hiya Panno, hope all is well with you?
Recluse I am going to do a bit of hill work this morning in preparation for the San Fran half later this month.
Out for lunch with a dear friend who has just had a birthday, then a film about the"Orpan Kids" who were transported to Australia. I will be ready to cry as it is a true story.

Morning folkies, up at 5.30, thought about starting the thread and then didnt obviously.
Glad things are moving forward Reccie, I remember well Starty's feelings and emotions with her mum. Something that needs doing, 'make peace with your past' as the tagline says.
Bucketing rain all night and down for the day so time to catch up on the work I have been shy in getting done I reckon. Hmmm that could be applicable to many things.

                              Morning Ktabber, Hi again Panno,

Thanks for the smile there Panno, got a touch of the blues this morning.

It's 2 years ago to the day that I hit my rock bottom. I know I should let it go, but I can't help thinking if I do I'll start getting complacent.
