Estate duties suck - we have the same thing over here.

Most people try to transfer assets before death, but even there the scope is limited.

Zen - I am surprised that she has to pay an estate tax as his wife - I would have thought she would automatically inherit it. I also thought the husband and wife relationship was tax exempt...

she should speak to an accountant!

Jc - I refuse to pay for any of murdochs paper which includes the American ones. My dad was absolutey raging about tin the phone. It's the families I feel for. Hopeyounhave a good sleep! X
