JC: my MIL is known as the local "Biryani Queen" - she has even given live demonstrations at local events. Hence I have been completely intimidated and have never tried to make one myself. My absolute favourite is lamb. Chicken is also fabby, but I don't like seafood / fish all that much.I'll do whatever it takes
