JC: my MIL is known as the local "Biryani Queen" - she has even given live demonstrations at local events. Hence I have been completely intimidated and have never tried to make one myself. My absolute favourite is lamb. Chicken is also fabby, but I don't like seafood / fish all that much.

Morning Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday. Looks thunderstormy this morning here in Philly - very dark out and my sweet yet neurotic doggie is pacing the floor lol . I looked at my calendar and saw NOTHING planned for the weekend...which most likely means I forgot to put something on the calendar, but ignorance is bliss sometimes.
