And don't wait for either KTAB or Mr. Tips to come running to your rescue. Both of them only walk, they don't run anywhere....For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.

Evening, all! Busy Army thread today... Oney, lovely to hear from you - I'm so glad you are keeping happy
Molly, how was work? Funny about the pressure points - I was telling someone in work about that
Mario, how was the PT? Was it very difficult? I have started running, but very slowly...me knees are a bit dodge so I'm taking it handy to start with.
Ktab, we used to have a bat when we were kids - he got hit by a car so we tried to nurse him back to health, feeding him raw liver and drops of water - a lovely little fella
Hi Coco, how's tricks? I often have nothing of value to contribute but it doesn't ever stop me talking!
Hi to everyone else - JC, Tips, Stirly, Panno, Expat and everyone to come x
ps speaking of those who used to be here - anyone know how Choice is doing?AF since 13th July 2010

Beautiful evening here on the Costa del Tyne.
When I checked your weather this a.m. - bout 10 your time - it was a mere 13C and cloudy but not calling for rain. How did the day turn out anyway? Okay, I just checked again and it is now 16C and partly cloudy. I guess you get used to it. Dublin is faring somewhat better at 18C right now according to "Wunderland". We on the other hand, had not a wisp of cloud in the sky all day, the temps went up to 34C and it's still quite breezy. (Mario will be searching on-line to get an airplane ticket. Ryan Air flies to Volos.)For every 60 seconds that you are angry, you lose a minute of happiness.
