Great that you find it so easy I guess.

It's no longer part of who I am, KT. It is not an option and I don't want it to become an option again.

And it isn't always so easy - particularly when I regress into thinking that says blotting stuff out would be a good option. I don't miss the "enjoyment" part of AL anymore, though. I.e. the idea of a glass of wine with dinner or in a social setting. And for that I'm very grateful.

Yeh I know what you mean, I do wonder how much of that is learned behavior.
I think the part that always bugs the hell out of me is when someone who is 20 years sober can still get urge out of the blue and if acting on it will very quickly find themselves back as bad as ever. Depressing or what, I guess thats why we live in the moment when it comes to AL.
TG I never smoked, hahaha I looked after myself except when it came to the obvious.

                I'll shut the blinds.

                  Hi all. :wavin:

I just stepped outside for the first time since 8 a.m. Weather channel says it's 34C in
Athens right now. I'd bet it's more like 38C outside the store. :toohot: Driving home in traffic will be a real treat. Even the AC in the car can't help with the burning sun shining though the windows:upset:

                  KTAB - hope you're feeling better soon....:huggy

Hi ladies, well now its a pleasant 22.5 in the house I see. I have the front door and windows wide open. Overcast, a little windy and looks like rain on the way. Think I will butch up and have lunch outside, the fresh air will do me good.

                      Yoooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooo Stirls.

I've just opened the doors and it is quite pleasant now.

So I may just carry me cup of coffee out there before doing something else vaguely important.

You can have the students who live next door to me free of charge. I'll put them in an overnight bag.

A very kind offer, Tips, thank you for your generosity. However, I feel I should decline, as I'd hate you to lose out on their company. I couldn't live with the guilt...

I've got broad shoulders. I'll carry the burden of guilt - no probs.
