It's a diet at the mo while I get the bulk of wobbliness off then onto a healthy eating plan.

No calorie counting just very low fat, masses of fruit and fibre.

That is just a bit inspiring. I've had a crook knee and have to get back into my exercise to get rid of the little wobbles that have started to come back. Might just pass on the bacon and egg roll thingy and get this day started with spurtless porridge.

I have now put my mind to something and will continue with enthusiasm and vigour until the weight has become a thing of the past and I can get me jeans fastened without a coronary .
