    Had a horrible day yesterday, what was suppose to be a handy run to middle Ireland turned into a nightmare when my truck broke down :-(

                        Don't forget to take along some extra pillows. You wouldn't want to exert yourself with a return trip to the bedroom.

                              :H Good morning. Sorry to hear about the man flu and breakdowns etc.
                              We'd planned a long walk through the woods to find some ponds we've never seen. But it has just started slashing rain. Need to find a Plan B. Fold clothes, hoover....blah. Really wanted to get out and see some nature! Maybe it will pass-.
                              Hope you all have a positive day-and if you have MF-at least stay cosy and watch a nice film or something.:l laters xxx
