Molly - glad to feel you're less stressed out. Do you think maybe cutting out the caffeine has anything to do with it? I find caffeinated drinks, especially coffee make me tense.

Zenners - sorry to hear you're feeling so poorly. I bet RC could give you some good advice for herbal stuff or vitamins that might help you feel better faster.

Mario - too bad about the weather. Hope it didn't ruin your workout.

Inchy - I agree to what the others said. If you feel that MWO is helping you even the least bit then stay here or at least drop in as often as you feel you need the contact. Personally I don't feel that you are making a mockery of anyone's efforts. What I see is a person being very honest about the place they are in right now and how they feel. However, if you feel uncomfortable posting here for whatever reason, then you must do what's best for you. If you do leave, know that we are here ready to help you when you finally feel that the time is right for you. I think you're a very strong young woman and I wish you the best of luck in whatever you decide.

Yes Stirly, I reckon the coffee has a lot to do with it - sleeping much better and definitely more relaxed, so will avoid it now as much as poss. Having said that, found a gorgeous little cafe at lunchtime - they make EVERYTHING themselves - bread, pates, pies, great salads and the most amazing soup - so had to have a big cappucino after - but I'll be going back there - great to see folks doing well in a recession - and they really deserve it!

Molly, don't get me going on corrupt politicians. They and the banks are the ones responsible for the fecking mess our country is in. Grrr. Feckers should be all in fecking jail for half a fecking century each.

As for the cafe - it sounds divine. Can you not order decaf cappucino or freddo or whatever? At our fave cafe in Athens they have all kinds of coffee decaf now - even Greek coffee. Which is saying something....
