I am so sick and tired of waiting for people who promise they are going to do things that need to be done around here.....I have a driveway that is caving toward my house that lets water into my basement....contractor is too busy...kids who promise to mow and then don't...an ex who promised multipule promises....well, I guess you know how that turned out. Damn people....if you make a promise....keep it. :upset:

Sick and tired
Poalr-- Sad but true-- the only person we can really depend on is ourselves (and even we let ourselves down at times!) I had similar issues yesterday so I know how you feel. Hope it gets better! I will say this though-- experiencing the broken promises and seeing how loyal my husband is and how he does not break promises has made me really want to do my best in that regard--maybe you cna turn that negative into somewhat of a positive!
