Morning All,

Hope everyone is well. Glad to see Friday arrive!

Tomorrow is company golf day - don't know what I was thinking! I can 'play' but this is a charity event organised by the company for people who can seriously play, and my boss chose me out of all the workers to represent our team alongside himself, the COO, and the shareholders.

Wish me luck!

Sunday I am then footy training for new 5-a-side league that starts on Tuesday - we're in the Northamptonshire Premier Division - again - what was I thinking?!?!?!

Seems I have slightly gone OTT on the 'getting back in shape' ambitions.

Hope you are all up for a fab friday and what's all this about choccy cake?
