    Underoos and Guests in August

    Evening all,

Yep Bridge some fabulous stuff happens to re-affirm our faith in the innate goodness of most folk. Today I was out on my bike, riding along the road and witnessed an elderly man zooming along in a motorised scooter. He came to a roundabout and while negotiating the ramp on the footpath, upended his poor old self with the scooter falling on him. Three young blokes in a car with P Plates, stopped and rushed to his aid. Took control of the whole situation, stopping traffic and organising an ambulance. While waiting for the ambulance one young man was on hands and knees on the road comforting the old man. The ambulance came, bundled the gent off and he still had a denim jacket wrapped around him, belonging to one of the younguns. He asked the ambo driver to give it back to the youngun...the youngun replied, no take it with you it will keep you warm.

      Lovely posts Saphers, Bridgey...

Also hear you on the hair front Bridge. The amount of time and money it takes to stay naturally blonde is bloody criminal....just saying...

Buy one. Today. But importantly: pay someone to install it for you.
            Thanks Tippy.
Will tell Mr Rags to do so.

'cept on Friday morning I have a stereo man coming to fit a NAD integrated amp and a another speaker which boosts voice frequencies so I can hear the TV better. Paid it off in installments. So am roooly broke till Oct. to get a router. Are they very expensive?

Puts hand up for two days of major tearage brought about by hearing of an unbelievably obscene act of animal cruelty, the details of which I'll spare you. Every time I thought about it the floodgates opened again. Not only was I in shock about what a human being/s was capable of doing to an animal, I was also in shock at how ugly and dark my thoughts turned towards the perpetrator/s.

Cold, grey and wet in this neck of the woods but ... I have food and I have fire.
I can't stand people that do such things. I would like to have my own discipline taken out on those that torture animals.

Yer kidding me! I bought a tom tom for mr rags for his birthday. Whilst that has nothing to do with anything, does this mean I need the home router AND mobile broadband?
This is starting to sound $$$
