tawnyfrog;1164265 wrote: Evening, MrG ... as I'm paying compliments today, allow me to say ... you have great arms. Are they yours or are they Photoshop-enhanced? Either way, good job! Just a thought, Undies, - I wonder if we've all got a dose of the SADs and can't wait for the clocks to be turned forward? Going hori because I keep waking at 4am and forcing myself to stay in bed until 5 - so now at 8pm I'm a cot case. Nighters, lovely people.
Well, as many may have suspected, the game is up. I am a computer generated image. I am a programme, and yes, the sharper one's among you will note that my programme is of European origin. (you would also have noted i am a couple of chips short) Photshopped to the max to present the handsome man that the ladies love. Mario and KTAB are the other's you would be familiar with. And there are more, but they're mainly over at the meds thread these day's. MWO has to appear to have momentum
i suppose. My apologies if anyone actually thought my arms were real. :upset:

Hi Kaza! Good to see ya.

I agree re the exercise Sunny. The last thing i want to do if depressed is exercise, but i do it, i force myself, because once i get going, it's great, and i slowly peel back the layer's of grey, and then the sun appear's. :welcome: :h

yes TF, a case of sad was served up I'd say. Maybe with a side of full moon.
Well I will try again tomorrow!
Kaza, I hope you are well. Good to have you and Rags back in the drawer more.

            Morning undies and sundries!!

Just finished reading back as we have only just had internet restored. It is 5 degrees and bitterly cold here, but was beautiful in the place where I was for the funeral yesterday. And it was a lovely lovely funeral for an 85 year old who was one of those women who made everyone who came into contact with her feel very special and who was one of the biggest joy germs I ever knew. And the travel gods were with me - I got to the airport for my flight back early and managed to get an earlier service which was very lucky as the flight I was supposed to be on was cancelled because of the weather!

Tawny - you really know how to turn on the compliments :H:H Where would we be without you!

Now I'll let you all into a secret ........ Mr G's arms are not photoshop enhanced. They are the real McCoy!! I reckon its all that guitar playing .....:H

Kaza - hope you are doing okay, I love your posts

Rags - I'm chiming in with agreement on the "get a PT for a few sessions" thing. I'm not always motivated to do it, but I know that if I can just force myself to stick to good eating and doing some physical activity every day then its enough to give me a kick start.

That being said I just cancelled my PT session for today, because of the weather! I'm normally quite happy to go out in the rain, but it is also bitterly cold today, and I'm feeling a bit wheezy, and I don't want to take the risk of getting sick again.

OK all undies - I really like Bridge's suggestion of being on the look out for nice things happening around us, and we have only 14 days till the start of spring ....... let's collectively cheer ourselves up!

have a good day one and all!!

Morning Doodyhead's, rooter's, international guests, and lovies near and far,

Well, a relaxed G-bloke here this morning as another day at the coalface of humanity awaits me. What a challenge, but oh my, what a pleasure. Simple participation in a field where i have the opportunity to express and extend meself in a positive way that was only recently unseen in common hours. Noice eh?
Remove alcohol completely from the equation, (if we are of negative inclinage, or going through such a phase) and thus we also remove anxiety, and depression, in many instances, me for example. A brisk walk, or similar every day, and at least 3 times a week 40 minute sweaty workout does wonder's for our sense of well being. This helps neutralise any negative/depressive brain chemistry going on at the time, and will get the feelgood chemicals to kick in. Of course, this helps mainly with mild to moderate depression. More serious ongoing depression may need a consultation with a good doctor.

So, my tip for the day is...........Step out that door, don't think about it, put one foot in front of the other, and SHAKE THAT ASS! (formidable or otherwise)

              Bonne stuffen.

And...................................... have a great day! That is all. :h

                    Morning Missy!

                    Yep, let's!

Sounds like a great funeral, or maybe a celebration. A celebration of a persons life, is how i try to look at most funerals.

Have a good one friend! :h

                      Morning Saucy!

Yep, ready for action here, but not in the manic way as i may sometimes sound! :H

Relaxed and focused, and whatever will be will be. And throughout it all, my equilibrium will bend back and forth with the wind like bamboo, always returning to it's centre. (insert huge cheesy grin)

Another bloody awesome night's sleep. Jumped up with such zest that I think I landed somewhere in the corner of the roof.

Words that I do not want to hear any more of this month:

                            1. Cadel
                            2. Phone hacking
                            3. NASDAQ

I am LOVING where this find-age of the good and kind in the world is going.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

AND I remember we had to save and bring in empty toilet rolls to make something covered in crepe paper then smeared with Perkins paste and sprinkled with sparkly stuff in kindy. Can't remember what it was we made. Maybe this could be another guessing comp. :H
