So good to see you!! I hear you are well and happy??
Aww, so nice to see you, too.

Yes, I am well and happy. Not a place I have visited often in the last few years.

I just wanted to send our G some love.

Thank you for caring. What a kind post.

All you antipostdeans, (sp?) have a good rest. Life is so much better with a good rest. Fairy dust to you all.

    Love,
    Cindi

Ah, ta Sunstar. You are a legend yourself you know. You are turning your life around. That takes gut's and a very, very cool disposition, not seen on the catwalk, or in a James bond movie. :l Hope your trip is a stress free one. I bet Reg suggested some real cool music to listen too. Evening lovlies,

Mr. Geestar my heart skipped a beat when I read of your fellas untimely end. There are no platitudes or sense making philosophising that makes any of this easier to understand. Perhaps we are not meant to attempt to try and make a rational evaluation of what could have, might have happened if things were a little different. Just maybe we have to accept that he made a choice to opt out of suffering. It is as it is. You can take some comfort in knowing that you gave him some of your time to lessen his burdens, and I'm sure that this would have been much appreciated by him. Take care G, Luv ya Saff xx

It's funny. At work they're offering us de-briefing or more if we want it, which is great, and as they should, but i tells ya, i get far better de-briefing and counselling/sounding board style from a couple of my boofhead worldly mates, and i'm just thinking, de-briefing with my mates will be a more beneficial option. Because i go in there open hearted and with trust, and all guns a blazing, so to speak.

Enough babble from me. Night all.

Huggage, loveage, and tuckage thrown in for nuthin'. Hey, isn't this where our wayward friend Wavey drops in?

Ihear ya on that score G. We have the same de-briefing set-up, but I am like you and prefer to get it off my chest with boofheaded doodyheaded friends., Throw a few f...words about and really say it like it is. P.s. I like your post on the other thread re the Gratitude v Deprevation thinking. I have to say that it is the most life-changing habit that I have embraced that keeps me off the drink. Bloody amazing and really very simple when it sinks into the thick skull.

Sleep the sleep of the kindhearted my friend...cause you sure are:h

Yep. Gratitude thinking vs. deprivation thinking. A real simple basic for yer garden variety doodyhead to be sure. Takes a while to sink in sometimes. Must be the soil round here.....

Have just discovered the delights of taking the laptop to bed. I might have to ban it as I am staying up way past my respectable sleep-time.
