Nora, your house will be so quiet after today! I love my little grand nieces and nephews, but after only FIVE days with them, I was ready for some quiet time. You deserve a medal!:H
Rubes, Mrs. Fen already has pics of the interior of our cabin...just not with the electric plates off and tape on everything. She does like to document every little thing photographically.
R.C., we're not that isolated, really. Can't get a cell phone connection, as we're in a sort of valley, but we have electricity and a well and septic. No heat, just a wood burning stove.Comment

Morning all. Yes, RC. I was using the formula, but lost it in the computer malfunction. This has been the dog's best summer in ages, thank you! Send the formula with your addy, PLEASE :H Your Dad sounds like a typical man dealing with the infirmities of aging. Daddy was convinced he could WORK himself well. In-laws think they can quit meds if they feel better. IMHO, it's something to do with a realization that somethings can't be fixed anymore. Best of luck with him, but I'm SO glad you're in his life now to help him, and I'm sure he is even more happy about it.
T, every little bit helps, huh? Not sure how we're going to finish the cabs, that will be my area I guess. They are beautiful, tho, and Hubs is going to lay porcelain tile on the top. (I keep reminding him this is a rental, but we will have less than a quarter $ of what the cheapest ready made cabs would cost)
We have some MIAs, esp Effie, Biz, Hill, Swann, and others. We MISS you!!
Mish, you influenced last night's 'movie' in my sleep! Tinker and TMB had disappeared. I was worried about them both, but thinking about little Tink, alone, outside (with all our wild critters), when she's usually burrowing into one of our pillows, made me sick. I still think about your lost baby too, obviously. Hope your new little one is rocking on, I know you are a great Momma Bird!
Meeting applicants, about 20 calls to make, check on MIL, uncle, cousin, etc etc etc. Thinking I'll just declare this house a disaster area and call the government for a check. :boohoo:sigpic

Good morning family! I haven't been able to read back yet. I have been so busy helping Paul with our new floors. I hurt and I can't wait until next week to go to the doctor about my hands. I heard from Grateful and she, hubby and Addison are at the beach for 4 days. She will be back home this weekend. She and I both send our love to you all.
