      We had had it for 9 years Ruby and hadn't had one plum to eat!! Every year it flowered beautifully, grew teeny tiny plums - and then they would all fall off !!!! It got too big for my small garden too - so I am going to put in a dwarf peach tree instead. And OF COURSE it was on my property LOL !!
      How simple it is to see that we can only be happy now and there will never be a time when it is not now....

        SunnyD, it was an ornamental plum, not meant to produce. Check out what you need to plant to make any tree produce. I love ornamentals, and dwarfs. Also the Heritage stuff, like I have mostly.

            hiya peeps....flying by from work......
            clear liquids all day tomorrow and then THREE Ducolax and some castor oil......then one more Ducolax....
            hubs calls it dookey lax......keep him in your prayers...you remember what cabbage did to me!!
            and then I am off on Thursday to deal with this........
            next will be eyeball exams....can see for shit anymore!!!!!
            But at least I have teeth Ruby!!!
            I love my family more than alcohol.:h

              Me too Jan!! ( have teeth) Actually I shouldn't say that - 'cos the next thing you know after saying that is I won't have! so I take it back. he has to have castor oil ????? No wonder I haven't had one of those yet. Each year I see my doc and he says "how about....." and I say "next year". I just cannot do that prep!!!!

              Just in from the garden. very hot and glowing. But did well out there today. going to go and tidy my freezer now then have a shower and attack a pile of ironing.

                  I'm back from Tick Hollow, which I think should be renamed "Turkey Hollow" for the large number of turkeys on the land. It seems I'm always chasing one down the road and it's so comical to see them run!

                  Continued with my ceiling painting adventure...I purchased a triangular device to paint the peak of the tall, cathedral style ceiling...but the stucco-like texture wouldn't allow for it to work. I had to get creative and duct tape a paint brush to the extender handle and paint the peak that way!

                  Friday, my best friend will go along to offer me some help, which is a relief. I need a massage!

                      well was a great day and im dead tired working part of last night prep and making some backets for drop rods and then in the heat today ..think i lost another 10 lbs ..
                      yep ladies i can lose it that fast hehehehehehe bet you wish yall could ..
                      but anyway got the fence done and the lady wants to talk about more work she needs done on saturday . so bring it on and well went to checkout the floor job first thing and its just a quiky and i was so wet and sweat..i just got pay and put that off till tomorrow in the morning and its inside work AC yaaaaaaaaaaaaa ..
                      well looks like everyone is doing good keep it going ladies and gents well sending prayers all around and good vibes stay strong shifting forward and thinking positive ...

                      best thing about the future it comes one day at a time..
